Miss Petite USA™ 2026

Lilija Shuger

Lilija is an actress, fitness and mindset coach, and dog mom. Originally from Colorado, then Michigan, and now residing in Florida, Lilija is a professional performer at Walt Disney World, bringing smiles and magic to families from around the world. She is also a lifelong musician, having studied piano for almost 20 years and voice for 16 years, and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Oakland University.

Outside of the spotlight, Lilija is the founder of Allure Athlete, her fitness and mindset coaching business and personal platform. As a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, she helps women build confidence through balance, not extremes, by creating sustainable habits that strengthen both body and mind. Through coaching, community events, and the Allure Athlete Collective, she empowers women to embrace healthy lifestyles rooted in self-belief rather than perfection.

When she's not coaching or performing, Lilija loves creativity and adventure. She is a certified scuba diver, professional mermaid, and enjoys bringing her imagination to life through sewing and costume design. A lifelong performer and artist, she loves learning new skills and finding creative ways to share joy with others.

Standing at just 5 feet tall, Lilija has experienced firsthand what it feels like to be underestimated. Rather than allowing that to define her, she has transformed it into a source of purpose. She believes every woman deserves to feel seen and empowered exactly as she is, making the Petite USA system a perfect reflection of the values she holds close.

As Miss Petite USA, Lilija hopes to inspire women to embrace who they are, and pursue their dreams with confidence. She is passionate about using her title to welcome others into the incredible community and sisterhood that make the Petite USA system so special. Lilija believes the greatest impact comes from the connections we create, the confidence we help others discover, and the lives we touch along the way.

Elite Ms. Petite USA™ 2026

Lolita Vasquez

Lolita Vasquez has never believed in limiting herself to just one chapter. Honored to serve as Elite Ms. Petite USA 2026, she is an entrepreneur, photographer, musician, and project manager from Sacramento, California. In 2019, she entered her very first pageant as professional development, wanting to experience firsthand what it was like to be a contestant so she could better serve the women she photographed. What she expected to be a learning experience behind the camera quickly became a journey of growth in front of it. When she stepped onto the Elite Ms. Petite stage for the first time in 2024 at 45 years old, surrounded by accomplished women from all walks of life, she realized pageantry was about learning from others, embracing new challenges, and discovering that personal growth has no age limit.

Before becoming a business owner, Lolita earned her Bachelor of Music Education from the University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music and spent several years teaching high school band. A lifelong trombonist, she proudly marched with the San Francisco Renegades Drum and Bugle Corps for eight years, eventually serving as corps director. Music taught her discipline, resilience, teamwork, and servant leadership, lessons that continue to shape every chapter of her life.

Today, Lolita has built a career by embracing opportunities across multiple industries. She is the owner of two photography brands, a Sr. Registration Manager leading large scale technology conferences around the world, and a Sr. Project Manager overseeing web development projects for higher education organizations. As a woman leading across creative, technical, and operational fields, she hopes her journey encourages other women to pursue careers that excite them, embrace lifelong learning, and recognize that success doesn't have to fit into a single box.

Lolita is guided by three core values: authenticity, curiosity, and service. She's passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to step confidently into who they are. She believes confidence grows when people are encouraged to own their story, embrace new experiences, and never stop learning.

When not working, Lolita enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, experimenting in the kitchen, and finding inspiration through great storytelling and everyday moments. She lives in the Sacramento area with her husband, Paul, and their beloved cats, Victor and Lexie. During her reign, she hopes to represent the Petite USA system with gratitude while encouraging others to embrace every chapter of life with authenticity, curiosity, and the courage to keep becoming who they're meant to be.
