Jenna Rhodes is Wisconsin native with a passion for business and pageantry. Jenna’s love for entrepreneurship started at a young age, and has driven her to  grow and manage her own businesses. In addition to her passion for business, Jenna has held a number of pageant titles including Miss Wisconsin United States 2016, Miss Petite USA 2017, and Miss Universal Petite 2018. Jenna is passionate about being a petite woman and loves being able to provide other petite women the opportunity to inspire, empower, and serve others. Jenna encourages all petite women to remember height does not define ones ability, or potential in any dream or goal they may have, after all, "It's not the Height, It's the Depth".

Co-Owner & Chief Marketing Officer

Jordan has been doing digital marketing for brands for over six years and completed his Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He is currently pursuing his Master's in Management at Harvard University. He is extremely passionate about entrepreneurship and has started and grown multiple companies.

Operations Director

Ashley works in Human Resources with 5 years of experience, specifically in recruiting and learning & development. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Spanish Language & Literature. Ashley is a proud petite woman and loves having the opportunity to connect with, encourage, and empower other petite women.
